“Superior accommodation provided by thoughtful and helpful owners.” cottages4you review June 2017
We hope that you enjoy our lovely town. You will find some superb independent shops from family butchers and grocers to clothes shops, booksellers and everything for your outdoor activity needs. There are several pubs with great food, beer and wines or somewhere to just get a cup of tea and a piece of cake. You can get a flavour of what’s on offer in Crickhowell from the video above or you can have a bird’s eye view of the town here.
There’s plenty to do especially if you like the outdoors. There are some fantastic walks in the mountains and if you want to get to know the area better you might want to check out the link below.

The Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal is a ten minute walk from 2 Mill Street; you can walk or cycle or hire a canal boat but whichever you choose the views are spectacular!
Bullpit Meadow (below) and the River Usk – perfect for walking the dog – are a few minutes stroll from 2 Mill Street. Crickhowell Leisure Centre with three tennis courts is even closer.
